I am Lisa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapeutic services to children, families and adults. I offer Telehealth sessions or in-person therapy in my Hermosa Beach and San Pedro, CA offices.
I am passionate about helping people find the tools that they need to move through the obstacles holding them back as well as working with those seeking personal growth.
I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship issues.
My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each person. Together, we can identify goals and work towards building a more positive and fulfilling life. I strive to assist clients using solution-focused techniques in an open, non-judgmental environment. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and have experience working with the unique needs of First Responders.
